Mulcahy Capital was formed to serve its clients financing needs. We recognized the frustration and stress felt by borrowers going through the unpredictable lending process. Our clients expertise is in real estate development and investment, and the highest & best use of their time is on their real estate. They should not get distracted away from their real estate to deal with the lengthy funding process.
We provide busy real estate developers, frustrated with financing, better loans in less time, so they make more money. The financing services we provide include the more traditional Construction Loans, Commercial Mortgages, Bridge Loans, and Land Loans. Other forms of funding we provide include Mezzanine Debt, and Equity Investment. An Equity Investment can come in the form of an active Development Partner, or a Joint-Venture Investment Partner. Equity Investments from passive Limited Partners are also available.
Our clients are involved in all real estate assets classes. The most common classes we work with include Multifamily (Apartments, Student Housing, Assisted Living, etc.), Single-Family Subdivisions, Hotels, Retail, Mixed-Use, and Industrial.

Michael Mulcahy
Principal
Michael has been serving real estate clients since 2004. He loves being able to assist in his clients’ success. The real estate business can be very challenging, and is ever changing. Michael’s clients are opportunistic real estate entrepreneurs, whom he continues to learn a lot from.
Michael studied at Dublin City University, Ireland, receiving a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Accounting & Finance, in 1995. He then trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is an FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant). He worked with Gorman & Associates, which merged with Grant Thornton, in Dublin; Deloitte & Touche, in Boston; and State Street Bank in Boston. After this experience he started his own business consulting to real estate developers & investors in 2004.
